Show Info:

  • Move-In: June 12, 8AM-4:30PM; June 13, 8AM-4:30PM
  • Show Hours: June 14, 9AM-5PM; June 15, 9AM-3PM
  • Move-Out: June 15, 3PM-9PM; June 16, 8AM-4:30PM
  • Standard Booth Set: 8’ Blue/White Back Drape; 3’ Blue Side Drape; 7” x 44” ID Sign

Exhibit Hall Access:

  • Individuals must display appropriate registration credentials for admittance to the exhibit hall.

NOTE: Exhibitors will not be permitted to register booth personnel until the required Certificate of Insurance is received by Show Management.

  • No one under the age of 16 is permitted in the exhibit hall during move-in and move-out.
  • Individuals 14-16 years old are permitted in the exhibit hall during show hours provided they are supervised by an adult with the proper registration credentials.
  • No one under the age of 14 is permitted in the exhibit hall at any time.
  • Exhibitors are required to have at least one booth personnel in their booth during show hours.
  • Booth personnel may enter exhibit hall up to one hour prior to scheduled opening time each day of the show.
  • Booth personnel shall not be permitted to remain in the exhibit hall after 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 14, 2017.
  • Booth visitors will not be permitted to enter the exhibit halls during non-show hours unless invited by an exhibitor to an in-booth event held one-hour prior to show opening approved by show management.

 

Exhibitor Appointed Contractors:

  • Exhibitors must register their Exhibitor Appointed Contractors (EACs) with show management by May 1, 2017.
  • EAC registration only permits access to the Exhibit Hall during move-in and move-out.
  • EACs must be registered for the Plastics Shop Floor Conference or Expo Pass to enter the exhibit hall during show hours.

 

Plastics Shop Floor Conference Session Access:

  • Exhibitor booth personnel must be registered for the Plastics Shop Floor Conference for admittance to the sessions.
  • EACs must be registered for the Plastics Shop Floor Conference for admittance to the sessions.

 

Exhibit Move-In & Move-Out:

  • Each inline, perimeter and peninsula booth will be set with 8’ high Blue/White back drape, 3’ high Blue side dividers, and a 7” x 44” company name identification sign.
  • Place an “Empty” label available from the Exhibitor Service Center on items for crate storage immediately for removal from your booth.
  • Cardboard cartons will not be accepted for storage unless they are broken down flat, securely tied into bundles, and properly tagged.
  • No boards or skids will be accepted for storage unless security tied into bundles and properly tagged.
  • Tip: Exhibitors may find it convenient to remove broken down cartons to their cars and/or hotel rooms for ready access during move-out.
  • Exhibitors are not permitted to dismantle or remove their display prior to 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 15, 2017.
