  • What is the first step in order to exhibit at Plastics Shop Floor Expo?

    The first step to select your booth is to complete and submit the 2017 Plastics Shop Floor Expo Space Application. 



  • What are the exhibit rates?

    The rates set for the Plastics Shop Floor Expo are:

    • PLASTICS Member Rate: $25.00 per square foot
    • Non-Member Rate: $27.00 per square feet
  • What is included with exhibit space?

    • Eight foot high back wall drape and 36” high side rail drape.
    • One identification sign (7” x 44”) showing your com­pany name and booth number for all standard inline booths and end of aisle peninsula back walls.
    • Company listing, product description, and product category selections on the Plastics Shop Floor Expo website with self-update functions.
    • Company listing, product description, and product category listings in the official printed show directory available onsite to all attendees to reinforce your company’s messages and serve as a valuable post-show reference.
    • Company name and booth location on all interactive show floor maps.
    • Complimentary exhibitor badges for company personnel.

  • What are the payment terms?

    50% of Total Space Fee non-refundable payment is due within 30 days of the contract submission. The remaining balance of the Total Space Fee non-refundable payment is due by March 15, 2017.

  • What are the admission policies that apply to accessing the Plastics Shop Floor Expo exhibit halls?

    No person under the age of 16 will be admitted in the exhibit halls during the installation, operation, and dismantling periods. All persons in the exhibit halls must have proper registration credentials.

  • Are photographs and/or videotaping allowed on the exhibit floor of Plastics Shop Floor Expo?

    Exhibitors must authorize all video and photographs of their booth, equipment and display materials. Should an exhibitor object to his display being photographed (still or in motion), photographs of that display will be prohibited. Show management has appointed Official Photographers to provide commercial photographs of the exhibits.  No other commercial photographer / videographer will be admitted to the exhibits unless special arrangements are made with show management.
